By booking an event with Royally Enchanted, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, magical, and professional experience for all parties involved.

2. Booking & Payment

Accepted Answer

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. Your date and characters are not secured until this deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your scheduled event.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your appearance.

Question 3

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling becomes necessary due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, subject to character and performer availability.
If Royally Enchanted must cancel due to an emergency or performer illness, we will offer a replacement character or a full refund of all payments made.

4. Performer Policies

We reserve the right to adjust casting if necessary. Performer substitutions of equal quality may occur due to illness, emergencies, or scheduling changes.
Our performers may arrive up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time to allow for unexpected traffic or parking delays. Full performance time will still be honored.
Performers reserve the right to end the performance early or leave immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or harassed in any way. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
The client must provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for our performers and characters.
Events must be supervised by responsible adults at all times. Our performers are entertainers, not babysitters or childcare providers.
For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate shade, shelter, and weather protection for all performers.
For mascot-style characters, a private, climate-controlled space must be available for short breaks and costume adjustments during events exceeding one (1) hour.

6. Media Release

Accepted Answer

By booking with Royally Enchanted, you grant permission for our performers and staff to capture photos or video during your event for use in promotional materials, social media, and marketing.
 If you prefer not to have your event photographed or shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Accepted Answer

Royally Enchanted and its performers are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur during or after the performance.
 We are also not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of God.

All Royally Enchanted performers are background-checked, trained professionals who take pride in creating memorable, magical experiences for guests of all ages. We appreciate your partnership in maintaining the respectful, family-friendly atmosphere that defines our company.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or birth date. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs); To process transactions. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days.
