  • How do I request a character to appear at my event?
    How do I request a character to appear at my event? It's EASY! All you need to do is go to the contact page and FILL OUT THIS NO OBLIGATION BOOKING FORM. Remember to tell us which character you would like, the day, the time, and your location! We do a require a $100.00 - $150.00 Character deposit (which goes toward your party total) to secure your character, day, and time.
  • I paid my deposit.. Now what?
    Once you have requested your character and secured your appearance with a deposit, you will get your confirmation via email. We will be in touch with you via email 5-7 days prior to the event to confirm all details, which includes a link to pay any remaining balances. You will then receive a text message the day before the event to reconfirm the booking details and answer any lingering questions. At the end of your party, please walk your characters out and make sure that any gratuity is placed in an envelope. We never want a child to see our characters accepting money of any kind.
  • When should my character arrive??
    We STRONGLY recommend scheduling your character approximately 30 minutes after the stated start time of your party. Guests have a tendancy to be 'fashionably late' and we want to make sure that the maximum number of guests are in attendance for the character visit.
  • When does the visit begin??
    You can expect your performer or performers to arrive within 15 mins of the time stated on your reservation confirmation! We do our very best to start all events as close as possible to the time on your booking request, however moving to and from multiple locations, while transformed into a beloved character can be very challenging. Our cast members tend to attract a lot of attention which can often result in minor delays and make it difficult to estimate travel times precisely. For these reasons, it is very difficult to time our performer’s arrival exactly. This “15-minute arrival window” allows for our performers to travel safely, and to take an extra second, if needed, when exiting their not-so-enchanted vehicles to ensure they aren’t spotted by a child and can make their way to you discreetly! However, rest assured that the 'clock' does not start until our character walks into the party. Your character will call approximately 5 minutes prior to showtime, which will give you the opportunity to gather your guests and ready cameras to roll! Please be advised of our STAY LATE POLICY which charges 50.00 per additional half hour, per character. Availability to stay late must be approved by managment and cannot be guaranteed
  • What do I need to provide at my party?
    We bring everything you need to make your character visit a success! All we need is ample space to play and safe surroundings. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Our costuming is professionally built and, in many cases, EXTREMELY HOT. Please be mindful of our sometimes extreme Colorado weather and provide shade on sunny days as well as shelter on rainy and snowy days.
  • Do I tip my performer?
    Although it is customary to tip your performer, it is ENTIRELY up to you. There are a number of ways to show your appreciation and we try to make it as easy as possible to do so. We always send a follow up email with links to tip credit card, paypal, or venmo. Please be advised that any cash tips must be given discreetly, away from the prying eyes of little ones. No child should ever see our characters accepting any form of payment.
  • What is the "Priority Will Call" list?
    Royally Enchanted has been making magical memories with families and communities since 2015. Through the years and with thousands of bookings, we have NEVER canceled a booking. How? Because we confirm our professional performers availability BEFORE TAKING YOUR MONEY! Many of our performers are teachers, professional film and stage actors, as well as students enrolled in some of the most esteemed theatre programs in the country. With that in mind, many of our performers availability can only be solidified 4-6 weeks in advance. In addition, a number of our characters must be portrayed by performers of a particular ethnicity or with a specific skill set. And, though we have an extensive cast, we often only have 1 or 2 actors that can accurately portray specific roles. With that in mind, we have initiated a 'Priority Will Call List". If your event is outside of our performers CONFIRMED availability, you will be placed at the top of the list to secure that performer for your event. The moment that our actor has given us his availability, you will be contacted to secure your event. By putting these safeguards in place, we can confidently provide character entertainment for your event. We have never canceled on a client, and we never intend to do so. We routinely check in with our 'Will Call' Clients and can generally confirm your event 4-6 weeks prior to your event.
  • Royally Enchanted STAY LATE POLICY!!
    We understand that, sometimes, your party guests do not arrive on time. Often your guests are having SO MUCH FUN that you would like us to stay a little longer. Often we can accommodate your request at a rate of $50.00 per 30 minutes, per Character. However, sometimes your character has another obligations that will prevent this. If you would like your character to stay longer, please ask the performer at the FIRST opportunity so your character can let you know if your wishes can be granted!
  • What About Inclement Weather?
    In cases where the National Weather Service identifies inclement weather, including but not limited to: intense heat, intense cold, blizzard, rain, hail, flooding, damaging winds, etc., Royally Enchanted reserves the right to reschedule any event. Royally Enchanted will not endanger the safety and wellbeing of our cast or clients in such cases where travel is unsafe.
  • What is your Holiday Pricing Policy?
    At Royally Enchanted, we believe in creating magical memories all year round—even on the most meaningful days of the year. To ensure our performers are fairly compensated for spending these special moments away from their loved ones, a $100 holiday premium per costumed character applies on the following major holidays: New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Valentine’s Day Easter Sunday Independence Day (July 4th) Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day This premium helps us continue to provide you with the highest-quality performances from our incredible cast, while honoring their time and dedication. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to create unforgettable experiences—for your family and ours!

​We are making magic Friday-Sunday and are out of the office!  Event requests submitted Friday-Sunday are processed on Monday morning. We strive to confirm events as quickly as possible and most events can be confirmed within 48 hours.
